The superstar actor of Bollywood Salman Khan is regarded as one of the most commercially successful actors of Bollywood. In a career spanning about almost 30 years, he has acted in several movies and received a widespread acknowledgment from the audience and critics alike. He has also received several awards for playing brilliant roles in different films.

  1. The real name of Salman Khan is Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan.
  2. The superstar is actually a college dropout. After finishing school he joined the prestigious St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai but very soon he left the college to make a career in films.
  3. He started his career as an assistant director. He also tried his hand in modeling for a little while.
